Very friendly staff and very clean rooms and bathrooms

This hotel is little and fairly clean with awesome location to find good shops and energetic staff. The property provides a helpful service. Besides, guests can park cars in a building. Would like to stay longer for a business trip.

The hotel was of high quality and I would definitely return. It was a cozy base for exploring Hanoi. - I had a lot of fun and met very attentive staff, from the operations manager to the doorman.

This hotel in the center of Old Quarter offers great value for money. The rooms are small but well-appointed, with modern bathrooms and good showers. The staff is attentive and the breakfast included is delicious.

Guests can easily explore all of Hanoi's great landmarks within walking distance, making it a convenient choice. the hotel is near the market, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the local culture and cuisine. the hotel also offers a variety of facilities and room advantages, such as a well-equipped room with comfortable beds and a tasty breakfast that provides plenty of choices.

There were some areas of the hotel that needed improvement, with dinged corners, broken mirrors, and dirty floors under the furniture. Despite this, there are certainly better hotels in the area that offer a comparable experience.
